Areas of Focus for 2010-11
Goal 1: Develop financial resources to support and promote a vibrant high quality program.
• Work to ensure that each individual or business is asked to support the Club only one time per year
• Expand the grant program
• Develop a brand for our local Club

Goal 2: Maintain high quality facilities and grounds
• Identify potential partners to more fully utilize current & expanded facilities
• Develop a building/site plan to develop the second floor to meet the needs of teen/tweens/family programs & potential partners
• Develop a funding plan for capital project
• Develop replacement schedule for current equipment & facility

Goal 3: Ensure the presence and retention of essential, high quality staff & volunteers
• Review current staffing structure and make recommendations to enable the Club to meet program needs
• Create matrix for staffing ratios and make recommendations for staffing plan for the future
• Develop volunteer program that includes volunteer handbook and consistent processes; identify staff support
